An outing cancelled,
A new plan constructed with
lunch and a good friend

Today was to be my last plein air of the season. I was up having coffee before 7. It was chilly and windy so the painting was cancelled. A grey day is never a painter's first choice for plein air 

A friend met me at Martha's Gardens to share lunch and a good-bye. Life seems rather uncertain for everyone right now. We hug and wish each other well. Will we be here next season?  We can hope for the best.

I'm home and still packing and sorting but wishing for sunshine.
