parkrun day 

Elaine, Marion and Yvonne had, like me, had stressors in the week.  Fortunately this week's parkrun was, after Yvonne declaring it to be a "race not a run" during her briefing,  relatively uneventful.
I walked with Marion and we were joined by a parkwalker who, despite us trying to 'lose', stuck with us. Marion chatted with Elaine on the second lap whilst I chatted with the parkwalker who was visiting Essex from Bromley to take part in a half marathon.
We went to the Zoo cafe afterwards.
