The weather forecast showed cloud . . . no sun, no rain.

I got a bus to White Moss then walked around the lakeshore to Grasmere. I only saw a few people until I started walking down the Red Bank road and passed lots who were heading up. Then there was a chilly 20 minute wait for the next bus back to Ambleside.

Reflections were good when I reached the lakeshore and there was a bit of sunlight catching the fells. I timed the walk well because the reflections disappeared later as you can see in the extra.
