Little Suns

A sunny day, and this year’s first walk without a jacket (though the wind was still quite cold). In the sheltered corner of the patio, B and I sat down for a mug of tea after our walk - another first of the year.

I took the photo of coltsfoot flowers in the garden. It can be a bit of a weed with its big leaves in summer, but I leave it alone because I love the little yellow suns of its flowers; and also because it’s important for bees and butterflies.
