After….

22 hours after deciding we needed a new washing machine we had our new one installed. It was trucked up from Sydney early this morning and ready to use by 9.15am. The cupboards have been restocked and doors are back on. They even sent a 6kg box of washing powder for free. It will take me a year to use it all up. 

After that disruption the groceries were ready to be collected, that only took about 13 minutes from home to shop to home and unpacked. It all sounds very efficient. Unfortunately I did nothing else all day as I was feeling crook. I’m not sure it is a virus or all the pills I’m taking. So I decided to stop the pills. (Pain meds are optional of course). I’ve had 3 sleeps and cancelled 3 things on this afternoon and tomorrow. 

I had a call from the physio who will start me on Prehab exercises. 

Happy St Patrick’s Day to all those who celebrate (and many who don’t but like the idea and join in anyway). I wore green yesterday but not today. Oh well. Bob’s mother was Irish stock so he feels a connection even though we haven’t been there.
