 ................. should have known after trying out the jewellery photo last week.  
I never learn.

For MonoMonday (Organic) - thanks to gillyH - I set my mind to two rocks I brought back from Iceland a couple of years ago (they weren't taken from protected areas - just picked up at the side of the road).

The small one is, I think, lava rock - like a cute little black egg wiv 'ickle holes in it!
The larger one is full of "twinkles" like little pieces of silver.  Beautiful in the sunlight.

Could I photograph those twinkles??   
As we used to say up in Yorkshireland   " could I 'eckers like " - grrrrrrrr.     
Bit like those family jewels - I gave up after about 50 shots - you get what you get.

Oh and those organic stones are on organic wood.    :o))
