Curlew
This morning Flora and I set off on two bus journeys to Kincardine-on-Forth. There we met J, down from the Black Isle, and set off from the start point of the Fife Coast Path. 34K steps later we arrived in Limekilns for a welcome pot of tea and a toastie. J is walking again tomorrow and by Friday will have made it to Cellardyke. Flora and I are now on the bus home from Dunfermline.
It's been a very good day and we are both tired. Mustn't fall asleep on the bus! Actually Flora already has.
The main is a curlew in the mud at low tide and the extra is high tide at Limekilns.
Thank you for all the good wishes for my grandson's recovery yesterday. He's doing well by all accounts.
