By the water.

I had a steroid injection in my knee this morning...it was pretty easy!   Then onto the Bean There, grabbed a bagel with cream cheese and down to the water to eat my brunch!

Have to lay low for 24 hours, so i've been laying on the sofa, finished my novel.....and will be taking it easy for the rest of the day.   Terry is on bbq duty this evening :)
