Greens
The other day I realised it has been a very long time since I made a smoothie. They used to be a staple. I decided to put things right this week.
Tonight's was cucumber (a half), celery (2 sticks), a banana, some ginger, a bit of turmeric root, kefir and milk. Wonderful.
My Monday was entertaining and frustrating but mostly the former. Like when I had to show the (temporary) manager how to find the "send" button in Outlook. Then the "reply" button. Then how the vacuum cleaner works.
She is a real gem. Not sure why she is allowed out without her carer, but who am I to judge.
Right... now I better tidy up the mess in the kitchen.
