Feathers of Gold

Dawn light on a clear day on a frosty morning I think is amazing and I love the colours it brings out when it hits the birds and landscape. Gold catching on her wings made it for me. Dawn is getting earlier!

My kestrel, ever the opportunist was waiting on the alert for an owl to float by with a catch. Easy pickings to save her working hard for breakfast.
