More snow

People are saying that they have not seen as much snow on Canigou for for years. We have had an unsettled period for two to three weeks now. Hopefully, the melt water will be sufficient to last well into the summer. Maybe, we may even have our water restrictions lifted. I did the usual market shopping and was back before 10 am. I was able to attend the tennis lesson but there were no takers for French conversation. I received some paperwork to sign for the social media marketing campaign promoting the bells and the church. We certainly need to recruit more ringers. More rain is forecast for tomorrow so I have already cancelled the longer walk planned. If it is not actually raining in the morning we may be able to do a shorter local walk.
