These arrived at the right moment - today was a bad day.
We arrived at the hospital for "dad's surgery" only to find out the appointment was for the surgery clinic not the surgery procedure.

According to the consultant, who remembered dad from an extreme bleeding episode on 4th February, the letter should not have been sent and he doesn't know when surgery was scheduled.

Three hours wasted (stress level way up).
