The Chimney Challenge

The recently installed condenser gas boiler came with a vertical chimney that meant the vapor it expels hit the inside of the our stairway arc and also plastered the side wall of the stairway which will, after a while, lead to peeling paint and, maybe, deeper dampness.

The challenge and solution, hopefully, is to insert a slightly inclined horizontal chimney that will jut out from under the archway, clear our awning when it is extended AND not be so close to any side or back wall to do damp damage! Wish us luck!
