Boiler Man

The new boiler is in so we are warm and can shower but the ‘exit’ of the condensed vapor in our patio is not great causing wet patches under an archway. So, we have a discussion now to find a solution by way of a different ‘chimney’ path. Nothing is ever straightforward!
