Monday runday - Witham

5k run started early, @ 7.30 am. We ran along the Riverside park in Witham. I did lots of runbacks and clocked up nearly 8k. B walked really fast and has improved so much since her operation.  I couldn't resist the swan in this blip. We had a coffee and then a brunch in town before returning home. Met up with G and went to Tesco before taking our time whilst walking up Market Hill, as a recovery walk. G is doing really well. I left my car for it's annual clean and it now looks new.

An early tea before the last Spanish lesson for the term.  We learnt days, months and some time. Rather a lot for a lesson. I will have to work hard on revision before next term. Road closures on the return trip made it a long day, but very enjoyable.
