Freezing friends

An early morning gym and walk in the Prom.  Then meeting up with MLaM and M for a Basin bob. Too cold for me, but I enjoyed watching from the wall. They are such great pals.  A chance to chat and make plans for Sicily, taking my mind off G's hospital issues. 

Then a visit to the hospital to collect G. He has been encouraged by the doctor to go to Sicily  ... Great news. His dischargetook some time, as expected,  but glad that he is home. He is wisely taking it slowly, but one step at a time and improving each day.
