Lan Su Chinese Garden

I met a friend at the Lan Su Chinese Garden in Portland this morning. I hadn't been there since before the pandemic, and he hadn't ever been. So we had a nice wander around, looking at the early blooming plants - Camellias, Edgeworthia, Forsythia, Osmanthus and Cherries. We saw bonsai, Koi and the pale green willow leaves emerging, and gorgeous reflections under the glorious March sun. We followed our wander by a visit to the tea house where we had tea and a bowl of Sesame Mein. Great fun! Well worth a trip to see if, if you're in the Portland area!
