Scarborough

Backblipped Wednesday 19th

A beautiful morning so after breakfast we headed into Scarborough where Phin had fun chasing his ball on the beach. We took the Victorian tramway up to the town centre and found another independent coffee shop where Phin was made mist welcome. A walk round the market and the vaults where Mr PHL picked up 3 LPs in a real treasure trove of a shop before heading back to the car.

Phin slept the afternoon away and I made a start on a daisy square blanket for my, I guess you’d call her my step niece to he’s baby due in May. Once I got the hang of the pattern and down sized my hook to make them the suggested size, each square worked up quickly.

I made some baked salmon with stir fried rice and vegetables for dinner. Rather more ish if I say so myself.
