A sage ladybird

JJ had a family history group this morning and when he’s out I do tend to get a few things done around the house.  Today it was to change the bedding, which dried nicely outside.  I then walked down to the post box to send a very important card to a special lady.

Back home I had a cup of tea outside and read a bit of my book in the warm sunshine.

This afternoon a friend called round for tea and to try out the new conservatory furniture.

I have just put out some food in case a hedgehog calls round later and spotted this ladybird hiding in a pot of sage that I bought yesterday.  It looks better in large view.
