Spot the fake windows at Hampton Court.

This morning I had to stay in for British Gas service but he did come about 10 am so I was then able to meet up with a friend in Bushy Park.we had a quick lunch at the Lion Gate cafe..just opposite Hampton Court which is my favourite in the area. We then walked around Hampton Court and looked again at the exhibition about the 1000+Indian soldiers who camped at H Court before the Coronation in 1902, and about their involvement in WW2 too.

There is some maintenance work being done on one part…the notice said it was about the windows. It also said that some of the windows are false..just painted to look like windows …so we looked for some. I have never noticed these before!
I have taken many photos at Hampton Court and looked back through them and sure enough the same windows looked painted rather than having glass in them!

 Very warm this afternoon 16C so I needed to take my coat off. I think it will be cold again tonight.
