Here comes summer?

A busy day…first took a friend swimming to my club then we came back to  my house as a friend we both know who used to have an allotment plot next to us came for coffee. She has now moved away to live in Somerset but is house sitting for old friends for a week.

Then I had a window cleaner to visit and give me a quote…an old fashioned one who uses a squeegee and ladders….I have not been happy with the one who just uses water on a long pole as it leaves marks where the water runs down. Will give him a try.

Went to Pilates this afternoon as can not go tomorrow and then I went to have a pedicure.  We have a really good place nearby run by a husband and wife ( Vietnamese) who have run their business for 16 years. I remember when they had their first child. I took some swim sandals and as it was so warm I actually walked home in them!
