Vodka

I passed this on my travels today, a bottle of vodka carefully placed at the base of this tree and inside the protective metal surround.  I sometimes think people have to be really, really drunk to do this type of thing, if they are drunk in an average sort of way they would just smash it off a wall.  My theory anyway.
