Peppermint tea

An enjoyable meet up for coffee this morning followed by making lentil soup for a Lenten lunch tomorrow. The instructions were to make it gluten free and use stock cubes with no celery in them in order to avoid allergy problems, but this turned out to be a bit of a carry on. The soup is made now and in the fridge, a bland version of how I would usually make it. Peppermint tea was less of a carry on.
