New Stretch

Another blue sky day so I tested out my creaky knee on the walk down to Bingley to catch the train for my massage therapy appointment in Skipton.  Touchwood the knee is making good progress and Christine confirmed that when she set to working on it (ouch!).  Unfortunately I also have lower back ache which I think is probably down to walking badly for a few weeks, so Christine dug into that too (double ouch!)

Afterwards she took me through a couple of stretches to work on that lower back and I asked her to blip me on my phone doing this one which is new to me and I would probably have forgotten it two minutes outside the door!

Well and truly pummelled and feeling the better for it, I walked back to the station along the canal, then back in Bingley I picked up my 5l washing up liquid refill from Hedgehog Organics which I'd left with them on my outward journey and hopped back on the bus home.

This afternoon I've raked some more bracken and pulled some more ivy in the drying ground.  We are in the process of inviting the street's children to the bug hotel day now so my phone is pinging like a mad thing!
