But it does show the sheer joy both kids had today when they were trampolining. I was shooting from a long way up and without a flash, so as not to attract attention and at a moving object. I didn't really stand a chance. This was William learning how to front drop!

So today I spent over two hours in the swimming pool while both kids had consecutive lessons. The teacher was impressed with how much C had improved in the fortnight since she had last taught her. Just shows what a different teacher and 121 does for you. She has nailed breast stroke and her stamina has improved (or at least her enthusiasm to swim far). In fact she had improved so much that they quickly moved on to improving her head position when breathing in front crawl and culminated in teaching her how to tumble turn. Carys was rightly, very chuffed with herself.

After a quick lunch we hit the library for holiday books and then they went trampolining.

Needless to say they were both very tired this evening and both went to sleep very easily.
