Trapped

We all are, in a universe that might or might not be expanding faster and faster forever, until only our own galaxy is detectable. It might or might not be heading for collapse back to a single point of zero volume and infinite mass, from which a new big bang might or might not emerge. And it might or might not consist of 70% dark energy - something about which we know almost nothing, except that fundamental equations only work if you assume it exists, and include the symbol Λ to represent it
