Yogis’ Lunch

A sunny warm day with temperatures reaching around 17 degrees centigrade.

I popped into Havant this morning for an appointment, then returned to meet Andy and Merlin in the meadow where we walked in warm sunshine and bright light that felt rather alien after the cool, dull winter months.

As there was no yoga class this morning (my teacher is away skiing), instead Andy and I met for lunch with my ‘old’ yoga teacher (who runs the monthly workshops I attend) and his partner with whom I attend the Thursday morning classes.

Later we walked Merlin in the meadow again and came home via the allotment as I wanted Andy’s advice on how to create a coffee table (for the allotment) from some old pieces of wood I have there.

The day has flown by and I have to admit to feeling tired this evening. Hoping your day has gone smoothly, at least.
