More restful day

Lovely walk in the woods together, then I went for a run up onto the moor. The sun was shining with a gentle cooling wind. Didn't have to stop to get my breath, so I'm well on the way to start pushing a bit now.
This afternoon it was the dogs 6 months check at the vets. Weight, teeth, ears, heart, nails and chip were checked. All well except Keely just had some of her nails clipped.
