Fish Blip

Really an e-blip! A local fish restaurant presented itself as a blip saviour on the way home from an intensive afternoon session in IESE, co-led by Thomas from Norway. It was very successful, and we are on the brink of IESE adopting our approach into their main stream program offerings.

I feel a bit embarrassed to say it, but we are genuinely the two people in the world who know most in depth about how each individual person ticks through the scientific body of knowledge that Thomas has developed. I, with him, during the last almost twenty years, have co-led the development of the practice of sharing the corresponding insights that derive from it with individuals and teams. If anything is my life’s work, this is it.
