Friday

A hard day. Took 5 hours to get off the sofa . 
Took a few books to the little library in the park and picked up a few too. Walked to the hospice cafe but it was horrendous, very noisy, kids running around squealing.  I left . 
Came home, self harmed, struggling with thoughts.
