All of a sudden the treesbhave lifted the pavement, it's some angle. 

Another hard day; feeling so numb. 
Got mum's shopping in for her coming home Monday. Really wasn't able to concentrate today, the amount of things I got wrong,  dropped, mixed up. The thoughts are continuing and again have self harmed .
