A bank of wildflowers

Google lens says these are rabelera or stitchwort and who am I to argue! There are a lot of them growing in the woods. I was down at the market looking for a ribbed squash but I was told that they have not kept well this year and are more or less over so instead I opted for a butternut. We are getting through a lot of soup at the moment so I made four more pints of butternut and sweet potato soup. I was about to go down to tennis when it started raining. Fortunately, it did not last long so we rescheduled our game for a little later in the afternoon when the sun came out. However, it was very windy.
