Homeward bound, by bus.

Such a treat to lie in and not get up till after 8. The main event this morning was a Sainsbury's trip to fill up the freezer and fridge. Then across to the Manor to see Mum. All good there and a diary date, accompanying her to the VE80 concert at the Usher Hall on 6 May, guests of the Legion. 

Home I unpacked the car and put things past, then lunch. Although it was cloudy it was mild so I retired to the garden and chipped down a whole ot of plants that missed being pruned last year. The brown bin is now full. Glad to see the neighbour's skylight being fixed. 

A shower and then out in the rain  to meet #3 son and H for dinner at Blonde. H was delighted with her pineapple tart Kit Kats!
