Greenfield Valley Parkrun

SATURDAY

I've not run for almost two weeks, but this morning I dragged myself over to Holywell for the Greenfield Valley Parkrun.

I completed the course in an average sort of time of 28:35.

Did a few jobs around the house, two loads of washing and an afternoon trip over to Chester.

The dry, sunny spell ended this evening with heavy rain.
