Skeld Bulb Show an Teas

A better day, although cloudy and breezy.  

Up early, met friend Julie for walkies after breakfast. A morning around the house.  Me, mam, peerie Brian and Julie headed out west for Sunday Teas. More walkies with Sammy.  Working in the shop this evening, then early to bed. 

A lovely bulb show on today, it fairly brightened the dull day.  The smell of the flowers hit us, as we entered the hall.  The other smells were the home-bakes, a delicious spread as usual from the local community.  Just need a few more bright cheery colours in the garden now. Some of the flowers on display today, in the Skeld hall.
