Braving da Wadder

A windy and wet day, rained all day long.  Finally the rain easing this evening.  

Monday morning again.  I've had a day working on my own.  I've been busy in the pouring rain, pressure washing bus shelters again.  Finished off the last ones in Cunningsburgh and Quarff, then moved onto to Gulberwick.  A chance to dry off at break times.  An evening around the house, finally got out walkies with Sammy this evening.  Mam popped by for a cuppa.  Feet up before bed. 

Eve is home just now, working with a film crew,  looking at locations for their film, a new Wickerman.  Exciting to think some of the movie will be getting filmed here.  They're on a tight schedule, so they can't let the rain stop them, but they had two local guides to help them out this morning on the trek to Mo Geo.  Eve with film crew and guides, ready to brave the elements, sadly I was on my break.  L-R - Stevie, Laura, Eve and mam.  Taken at Aithsvoe Marina, Cunningsburgh.
