A heap of headstones

I was waiting to collect someone from church this morning. My wife usually does the church transport run but she's still to resume driving after her cataract operation. Anyway, I had a look round the churchyard whilst I was waiting and was surprised to see that a number of headstones had been heaped up. They are very faded so don't know if they were identifiable but it nevertheless seemed rather inappropriate. I assume it was connected to the tree surgery that  appears to have taken place just by. This is pictured in the extra, although I think it might have been overgrown bushes that have been cut back rather than actual trees. The redbrick building is the back of the White Hart Inn, which dates from around 1500.
