Next leg

The next leg of the water leak took place today.

We have our traffic lights and the barriers.


Quite a hive of activity today. It's quite funny to see because whenever or wherever there is a hole to be dug there is a certain group of people. There is always a man in a van or truck, he may be eating his sandwich or reading his paper (usually the sun or the star not usually the times!). There is always a man leaning on a shovel. There is often a man looking into the hole as if looking at a man in the hole who you don't usually see. And there is always that man who is 'just on his way to do' he may be walking towards the hole, he may be walking in the opposite direction, whichever way he us 'just on his way to do'. You don't see him do anything.

We are so lucky to have this group of hardworking people up and down the country ( because this group of people work all over the country) striving to keep up their reputation.

With a workforce such as described above the next leg of our water leak will be complete just in time for the hose pipe ban!
