We're at the hospital to see the consultant.  It'll be 6 weeks on Wednesday since Anniemay's operation.

We look at before and after X-rays of her knee. Some bits have been cut out and new bits added. He's pleased with his handiwork.

It's Anniemay's turn. She gets her phone out and shows him a video we made this morning of her on the bike. And not a gentle twiddle of the pedals, but full 'going for it' mode.

He's quiet for a moment and then simply says "that is very impressive". There's an emphasis on the 'very'.
