A walk with friends before bidding farewell

We met up first thing for a walk via the marina to the cathedral. The building was hugely impressive. A Unesco site of interest. We paused and enjoyed the sunshine on the plaza before entering. Being Sunday there were mass services, so we silently entered. The singing brought the cathedral to life and we shared tales of bell ringing back home. Then we went to the nearby park. J and J have an interest in birds and were keen to share their knowledge, as we spotted a variety of species. 

At 2.30 we returned to their hotel to greet all of our party as we hugged farewell and waved them off in their cab. A splendid holiday so far ... and for us just the start. After a freshen-up we went to town for Dinner.  Another perfect day.
