Bethnal Mooch

I had a spare couple of hours so nipped up to Liverpool Street. Crossing over Bishopsgate and strolling east through Brick Lane I stopped for a good coffee in a Syrian cafe in Brick Lane.

Moving on towards Bethnal Green station I was surprised and puzzled to see that so many taxi workshops have closed and are empty. What's going on?

I had time to take a few shots before the train came in.
