Helping herself to nuts from our feeder.  Mr GSW had been there earlier.

I did a session on the exercise bike in the morning, then had some time in the sewing room - yesterday's featured project is now finished (see extra), and I've printed up the FFP templates for the next one.  W mowed some grass.

In the evening, I went in to Wexford for the flute group rehearsal.
