Houghton Bay

We (the Boss and me) did the South coast today. You grab a bus that takes you to the coast and walked to the airport which is about 9 km. It's a great walk and we always meet folk and chat, many with dogs too. At the Airport there was wall to wall people so we skipped the usual Cafe and hopped on the Bus (free with NZ Gold Card) and lunched at home instead.
The extra is one of the inter island ferries heading South.
