It was gone quickly and I accompanied The Bossess to the airport where she (eventually) went north and we walked back to town via a Cafe (of course) but fatigue set in and we ended up on a bus. When you hit the big 60 in NZ you get a "Gold Card" which brings all sorts of benefits one of which is free travel on Busses during the middle of the day and Welli has the best Bus network in NZ. The view is towards the Hutt valley.
