If you're one of the kind people who looks at my blips and thinks my canal holiday may be exciting, look no further! It doesn't get much better, believe me.

Arriving at Penkridge, I needed to go shopping today but it turned out to be a 20 minute walk there. That doesn't sound much but with an uphill return with my purchases, it was more than I would have wished to do.

What made it worse was, there was a little shop just the other side of the canal, hidden from view to me on my way out.

The weather has been overcast, but, at least it kept dry.
