The Blossom Van, Maidstone

Just a quiet day today but did manage to make a two-tiered carrot cake. The recipe had extras that you could add so I followed one of the suggestions which was to turn it into a Jamaican-inspired hummingbird cake by incorporating some pineapple. Luckily it came out really well but it's quite a big cake so I think we will be eating it for a few days yet!
We did pop out for a quick drink and on the way back my brother spotted this outrageously colourful van. I thought it would be quite fun to shoot it through the trees that were in full blossom so here is the result.
