A bit big…

Archie and I had been out round the park and JR was back home from her gym sessions, when a delivery came. Oh good! It was the gate hinges! Might get it fixed at the weekend...

But the parcel was very very heavy... 

and much larger than I would have expected... 

and yes, it was gate hinges...

But gate hinges for a bloomin' big FARM gate to keep a herd of bulls in! (Extra)

They looked small in the picture!!

After that shock, Archie and I went out for another walk round the Links. I was trying out my new shoes. They're so soft, they feel like I’m wearing slippers (only not my slippers - they're uncomfortable) so I managed to walk quite fast in them.

When I came back I lay on the sofa for a wee while. And dozed all afternoon! JR was busy re-stringing her pearls following a video on how to do it. But she took Archie out again later in the afternoon. I didn't hear them coming back in, I was sound asleep, but then I heard Archie's snoring, so I knew they were back.

I've ordered a new harness for Archie - I felt this one was getting a bit tight for him. He will be delighted.
