Last minute request from a neighbour this morning for a lift to a hospital appointment as she was not feeling up to it herself.

(Infection from a wound it seems so a few days antibiotics should do the trick)

Anyway, I ended up walking the dogs while Callum did the taxi run. We went up to the post box to send off a retirement card to a friend. The route they like best is via the alleyway and back along by the allotments.

This is where I got my blip. It’s a back gate, which stands out compared to all the others there! I would imaging the wall and the gate have just been spruced up.

Plain and simple, but it caught my eye.

This afternoon was some garden stuff as the weather is still favourable, although the wind has picked up somewhat.
