What's really exciting is this was taken at about 1830. Look how light it is. On Sunday it will look like this at 1930. See, I said it was exciting.

Ginger cat has been sneezing and pawing his nose since Wednesday, presumably having something up there (frog, biscuits, small bird, grass seed) and I had visions of having to get him in his carrier and up to the vet tomorrow if he didn't dislodge whatever it was. So far this evening he's been ok. It's not affected his snoring anyway.

I went back at the gym for the first time for a while today as well. I have no strength in my right hamstring since my injury, it's no wonder I'm getting a lot of problems.  Lots more strengthening exercises and physio needed there me thinks.
