Neck Point Park

Apparently named for the gravel bar connecting the park to a rocky "head" of igneous rock out in the ocean.  To us it's a lovely level walk apart from one set of stairs.  We don't scramble over the rocky "head".
Everything smelled fresh after the heavy rain last night.
